By reserving l'Expérience, you are invited into our world of fine dining. Your meal is interwoven with the telling of a tale and each service is revealed like a chapter.
L'Expérience is designed to awaken your senses and ignite your imagination.
The number of courses varies by season but typically includes between 8 to 10 courses.
The allocated time for l'Expérience is approximately 3 hours.
Our menu is seasonal, fully reinventing itself at the start of each season, embracing the freshest arrivals of the moment.
The Experience menu is priced at $165 per person for the food.
We offer three pairing options:

Yes, we can adapt the menu to your specific needs. However, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation.
We offer both vegetarian and pescatarian versions of l'Expérience menu. It is essential to inform us of your preferences when making your reservation so we can tailor your culinary journey accordingly.

For an à la carte experience, we invite you to reserve at Le Salon.
Please note that l'Expérience, located on the main floor, is a fixed menu with several courses, designed as a narrative journey. No à la carte menu is offered.
Our dining room offers an intimate atmosphere with tables accommodating 2 to 6 guests.
For groups, we offer two private rooms.
La Salle Cellier :
- For 8 to 14 people, gathered around a large table.
- Ideal for meetings, corporate events or celebrations (large screen TV for projections).
- It is possible to opt for l'Expérience menu or for a group menu, depending on your needs.
La salle du Bois dormant :
- For 20 to 30 people, divided into tables of 4 to 6 people.
- A group menu is offered.

In our main dining room, you will discover l’Expérience - a multi-course, fixed menu inspired by age-old tales and traditions deeply rooted in the terroir of today.
Each dish highlights local produce and the artisans who harvest them, weaving a culinary story of 8 to 10 courses that changes with the seasons.
The menu is offered at $165 per person. Three beverage pairing options are offered at an additional cost to enrich l'Expérience: a selection of wines carefully chosen by Victoria Savoie, our sommelier; a pairing of creative cocktails made from Quebec alcohol and homemade syrups by our mixologist Patricia Jeanson; or a crafted mocktail version, just as refined, without compromise. A la carte options are also available by the bottle or glass. L'Expérience is offered from Wednesday to Saturday, from 5:30 p.m. We strongly recommend reserving.
